The Fact
I read hundreds of pages looking for more info about what happened. Apparently she made a photoshot and in the end the lucky bastard photographer got a freebie (jealousy) and filmed it from a 1st POV also some from a fixed View.
The Buzz
The video has the watermark of "DC Productions", a propaganda company, not related to porn or video distribution. It seems the photographer just used the company to edit the video, but never sold or commercialized it. The leaked video reached the web through various users (unidentified), but some forums users have recognized the photographer. Apparently (the speculation in the forums) the model signed the contract for all the material produced that day, so legally she couldn't prosecute him for that video. Bad for some, but good for us pervs!!!
