1) Extract Office 2010 ISO
2) Mount or burn Iso,Power ISO is a great program for this.

3) Install Office 2010
4) Explore ISO for Activate-install folder
5) Run Activate exe (step by step instructions included in folder, with pics)
6) Run rearm Activate exe every 170 days
