Q ya basıp Quick Mask Mode'una geçin ve Ctrl+A ile belgenin tümünü seçin. Image > Rotate Canvas > Rotate 90 CW yapın.
Filter > Stylize > Wind 'i seçin. From the Right 'ı işratleyin ve OK tuşuna basın. Efekti biraz daha artırmak isterseniz Ctrl+F 'e basın. Image > Rotate Canvas > Rotate 90 CCW ile resmi tekrar eski haline döndürün.

Şimdi Q tuşuna basın ve Quick Mask Mode'dan çıkın. Pas rengi için kahverengi tonlarında bir foreground rengi seçin. ALT + Backspace tuşuna basın. Böylece seçimin içini foreground rengi ile doldurmuş olacaksınız. Ctrl+D ile seçiciliği giderin. Paslı yazı efektimiz hazır.
