F.Bahçe'nin sezon başında geçen sene İngiltere'yi çalıştıran İsveçli Sven Goran Eriksson'a teklif ***ürdüğü iddia edildi. Eriksson'un menajeri Athole Still, Amerika, G.Afrika ve Avustralya gibi ülkelerden teklifler geldiğini, F.Bahçe'nin de Eriksson'u ısrarla istediğini, İsveçli hocanın kabul etmediğini söyledi.
