Badaboom is a blazingly fast media converter that formats video files for a variety of devices, including iPod, PSP, Blackberry, and YouTube, by using your system's graphics processing unit (GPU). Check out the newly released Badaboom version 1.2.1.

Personal Input
This is faster than most Converters, it also has a choice of Profiles which You Can Easily Select. It also has a Vast option for custom Devices or ones not specified. I reccomend this to anyone who has an Portable Media Device. If you have nVidia you can install the cuda driver for faster encoding.
